Research use only — not for human or animal consumption
Terms of sale
The terms on which we supply research compounds and laboratory consumables. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who you are buying from
Peptides2U is a trading name of WOW London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), with its registered address at 10 Harland Avenue, Croydon CR0 5QB, United Kingdom.
You can reach us on WhatsApp at +44 7957 615629, or in writing at 10 Harland Avenue, Croydon CR0 5QB, United Kingdom. These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not order.
2. Research use only — the condition of every sale
Everything in this catalogue is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not a medicine, not a supplement, not a cosmetic and not a food. It is not for human or animal consumption, nor for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic or any other in-vivo use.
This is not a disclaimer bolted onto the sale — it is the basis on which we agree to supply. When you place an order you confirm each of the following, and we rely on that confirmation:
We publish no dosing guidance, no protocols and no efficacy claims, and we will not advise on in-vivo use. If you ask us to, we will decline.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a qualified researcher, or you are ordering on behalf of a laboratory, university, contract research organisation or comparable institution.
- The materials will be used only for lawful in-vitro research, by people competent to handle them.
- You are responsible for checking that you may lawfully import, possess and use these materials where you are, and for any licence or approval that requires.
3. Products and documentation
Product listings show the compound, its form and its strength. Images are illustrative representations of the product format rather than photographs of the item you will receive.
Materials are supplied against a batch. A certificate of analysis for the batch you received is available on request — quote the batch number printed on the vial label. We do not publish purity figures on the site, because the figure that matters is the one on your batch's certificate and not an average.
We may change the catalogue, and a listed product may be withdrawn or out of stock. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell; see section 5.
4. Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the final price we charge. We add no tax at checkout: the figure on the product page is the figure you pay, plus delivery where it applies.
UK orders are supplied and dispatched from the United Kingdom, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. If we ship to an address outside the UK, any import duty, import tax or carrier handling fee payable on entry is yours as the importer and is not included in the price you pay us.
We try to price accurately, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will tell you before we do.
5. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement confirms that we have received it; it does not accept it. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods, and only for the items actually dispatched.
We may decline an order — for example where we cannot verify the research use above, where the delivery destination is one we cannot lawfully ship to, or where stock is not available. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.
6. Payment
We are not accepting orders yet. When we do, payment will be by card or by cryptocurrency, processed by [CARD ACQUIRER] and [CRYPTO PAYMENT PROCESSOR], and taken when you place the order. This section will name the processors before the first order is taken.
We will not see or store your full card number: card details go to the payment processor and not to us.
Please note that a cryptocurrency payment is irreversible once confirmed on the network. If a refund is due on an order paid in cryptocurrency, we will agree the refund method with you; we cannot reverse the original transaction.
7. Discounts, kits and bundles
Quantity discounts apply automatically in your cart: 5 or more for 15% off, and 10 or more for 20% off. Only vials and pen kits count toward the quantity — consumables such as bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles and pen devices do not, and neither do fixed bundles.
A fixed bundle is already discounted against the sum of its parts, so it does not additionally earn a quantity discount and does not count toward one. The discount shown in your cart before you pay is the discount you get.
8. Delivery
UK orders ship on a tracked service. Shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout and is free on orders of £50 or more. We will send you a tracking reference when the order is dispatched.
Dispatch runs Monday to Friday. We do not quote a guaranteed delivery date: transit times depend on the carrier and on customs clearance, neither of which is ours to promise.
Outer packaging is plain and carries no reference to the contents. Where a compound requires temperature control in transit it travels in an insulated mailer with gel packs.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents so we can raise it with the carrier.
9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them for a refund. Tell us by email before returning anything.
That right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken. In practice this covers every vial, cartridge, syringe and needle in the catalogue: once opened we cannot accept it back, because we cannot verify how it has been stored.
Items whose seal is still intact, in their original packaging, can be returned within 14 days. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it, including the delivery cost, and we will pay for the return. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or of you proving you have sent them.
To start a return or report a problem, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7957 615629 with your order number before sending anything back.
10. Your responsibility for use
These materials are handled at your risk and under your control once delivered. You are responsible for storing them correctly, for the safety of anyone who handles them, for disposing of them lawfully, and for the design and conduct of your research.
We are not responsible for any loss or harm arising from use of the materials outside the in-vitro research use described in section 2 — including any human or animal use, which is a breach of these terms.
11. Our liability
We supply the goods described, packed and dispatched with reasonable care. If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure.
We are not liable for business losses — loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of research data or opportunity — and, except where a loss is caused by our own failure, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and nothing here deprives a consumer of the mandatory protections of the law where they live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, so please read them each time you order. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
